|On February 3, in the assembly hall of the Academy, the event “Master of Hospitality” was held among students of 1-3 courses of the EP “Restaurant Business and Hotel Business”.
The purpose of this event was to attract future young restaurateurs and hoteliers to solve creative problems in the restaurant and hotel business, as well as to demonstrate the professional skills acquired during the training period.
Based on the results of this competition, the winners were determined and the teams were awarded nominations. According to the results of all competitions, Zhanbota Qaliaskarova – the team “Red diamond” became the best captain, in the table setting competition in the nomination “The most aesthetic table” the team “Blue gin” showed itself best of all. It was very difficult to decide on the nomination “Best Artistic Cuts”, since all the fruit cuts were beautiful and appetizing, but “Snow Whites” turned out to be the best. In the nomination “Cocktail from the cover” the team “Hotel Eleon” proved to be the best. The final competition, where students had to solve situational issues, was best handled by the Green team.
3rd place was awarded to the Green team, only 1 point behind the winners, Snow Whites were in 2nd place and, of course, 1st place – Hotel Eleon.
